In the Spring of 2016, S and I were walking the streets of Valparaiso, Chile, and we came across this van. It looked like it had been parked there for a while. We wondered who or what "Pussy Terror" was, and what it had to do with the painting. We took some pictures and then carried on. A few days later, we began talking about the van and theorizing the story behind the painting. A myth began to take form, and The Van of Valpo is what emerged.
